Al llegar el personal policial, alertado por vecinos, intenta hacer deponer la actitud y se torna agresivo con los oficiales, abalanz\u00e1ndose a ellos, estos efectuaron varios disparos para repeler la agresi\u00f3n hiriendo al sujeto. Fue trasladado al <strong>Hospital de Emergencias Clemente \u00c1lvarez (HECA) <\/strong>donde se encuentra estable a la espera de ser imputado por el <strong>Dr. Pablo Socca<\/strong>.
