Si bien no le secuestraron armas o material bal\u00edstico, fue se\u00f1alado por <strong>Emanuel M de 28 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, como el autor de los disparos que este recibiera en el pie derecho, cuando estaba en la esquina de <strong>Colombres y Uriarte<\/strong>.
