Seg\u00fan fuentes policiales, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis B de 63 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, se ocupa con un \u201cpasajero\u201d en <strong>Rondeau y Herrera<\/strong>, con destino a <strong>Nuevo Alberdi,<\/strong> al llegar a <strong>Ciudadela y Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>, sospecha que podr\u00eda ser blanco de un asalto y decide terminar el viaje en ese punto. Tras lo sucedido, intenta asaltarlo y al descender le propina un golpe con una botella de vidrio en el cr\u00e1neo.
